Job description, work day and responsibilities
* Designing and development of new or additional ways for data entry, data view and verification, data reporting and data transfer is requested.
* Contributing to all types of project tasks, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, roll-out as well as incident resolution and change implementation.
* Design, code, test program and maintain the complex custom-build solutions based on Oracle database.
* Assist in the integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements
* Follow defined methodology and standards including preparation and maintenance of documentation for all stages of development work
* L3 application support
* Implement and maintain real DevOps principles and culture
* Help identify risks and challenges and offer solutions to them

Qualification and personal requirements
* Previous experience in Oracle PL/SQL projects as Senior developer
* Skilled in Oracle Database (SQL knowledge and database concepts)
* Skilled in Oracle PL/SQL knowledge
* Knowledge of application administration and database administration, specifically Oracle Database.
* Performance Tuning and Optimizing SQL Databases know how
* Java language experiences
* Ability and desire to solve difficult engineering challenges
* Ability of development of complete solution, not only programming given tasks.
* Effective when working solo, pairing, and as a part of a team
* Desire to refactor/debug/clean up existing code in addition to writing great code from scratch
* Passion to learn and create new tools, techniques, frameworks and grow as a person
* Active English
* Willingness to travel occasionally to our Vienna office (2 days per month)
