Job Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations within the office, providing administrative support to management and employees, and managing office resources and supplies. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills to coordinate with staff across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and liaise with vendors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Record Keeping: Manage files, documents, and databases, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Communication Coordination: Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and employees. Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail distribution.
HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, processing HR paperwork, and organizing employee records.
Financial Tasks: Support invoicing, expense reporting, and budget tracking as needed.
Event Coordination: Organize and manage office events, meetings, and training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in office administration or related roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and office equipment.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in budgeting or basic accounting.
Familiarity with HR practices or personnel management.
