You will be responsible for providing the required data engineering capabilities to of turning data into actionable insights and applying science to data, in order to predict and model future outcomes
Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management; assemble large, complex data sets that meet business requirements
Deep expertise on data sources, required transformations, quality, consistency, velocity, access
Document mapping for all required data resources for Modeling; ensure that data is cleansed, available and formatted to be consumed by marketing models
Provides actionable recommendations on how to optimize modeling speed, stability, and outputs
Deliver on analytics roadmap, while always identifying new opportunities and prioritization recommendations while partnering with Product Managers and engineers to implement them.
Establish relationships with key business partners/Points of Contact to accelerate issues fix
Develop and Maintain self-service capabilities for Business KPI drill-down needs (OLAP, TOLAP)

The ability to communicate clearly and concisely (English) both writing and orally is a key competency as is demonstrable skill as a self-starter.

Education (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years experience in Data or BI engineering dealing with large complex data scenarios.
Experience with data processing software (such as Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive), along with data processing algorithms (MapReduce, Flume). Experience in software development in one or more languages, such as Python, Java, Go, C++ and/or similar. Experience in Graph database is a Plus
Proven ability to work with varied data infrastructures – including relational databases, column stores, NoSQL databases, and file-based storage solutions.
